The entire process, from the submission of applications to the start of employment abroad, is meticulously overseen by Sultan Cruise International.
All necessary preparations to facilitate the adaptation process of accepted candidates are carried out by our relevant departments.
Before directing our personnel to our business partners, their English or German language levels are tested by Sultan Cruise International.
We provide support in obtaining all required documents, including visas, medical reports, criminal record certificates, HACCP certificates, STCW certifications, and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID).
In addition to the documents required by the companies where they are accepted, we arrange a one-year personal accident and disability insurance policy for candidates who have received their contracts.
All medical examinations of our personnel are conducted in fully equipped hospitals.
In accordance with the special employment protocol signed with our personnel, all financial and legal liabilities that may arise during the contract period abroad are secured under the guarantee of our company.
