Positions Available (m/f/d):

We are looking for motivated, service-oriented professionals to work directly with international premium guests:

Spa & Massage: Massage therapists, Ayurveda specialists and acupuncturists.

Beauty: Beauticians, nail technicians and hairdressers/stylists.

Fitness & Health: Personal trainers and group fitness instructors.

Management: Spa Operations Managers and Assistant Spa Managers.

Requirements for applicants Completed training in the relevant field (wellness, beauty therapy, physiotherapy, etc.) and, ideally, initial professional experience.

Fluency in English (and, ideally, other foreign languages), as the on-board language is English.

A strong service-oriented approach, a well-groomed appearance and a warm, hospitable personality.

Ability to work as part of a team, flexibility and a willingness to travel and work for several months at a time.
