RECRUITMENT
PROCESS

Candidate applications submitted through the JOB system are reviewed within 7 business days. During this process, factors such as foreign language proficiency, work experience, CV, and references are taken into consideration, and candidates are added to the applicant lists.

Subsequently, at the dates determined by our business partners throughout the year, selected candidates from the main applicant lists are invited to interviews.

Depending on criteria such as foreign language proficiency and work experience, a waiting period of 3 to 12 months may apply for our candidates.
