Our Service
Our Service includes an overall support of each candidate from the first interview to the first step on board:
* Interview with Mehmet O. Arzik with each candidate and personal assessment for a
suitable position.
* 2 day intensive Training Course with intensive schooling in „Service Standard“, Micros
application, Hygiene Standards (such as HACCP and USPH), Safety Regulations, as well
as current information such as on swine flu, Noro Virus etc.
* Reference Check
* English/German language tests
* Assistance with obtaining all necessary Documents, Visa, Medical Check, Certificates,
etc for each candidate.
* One year accident insurance that also covers in case of death up to 75.000€
* A two week STCW Course as well as Seamans Book for Cruise Ship Applicants.
* Also we give an „insurance“ for you which will reduce the risk of „sudden disappearance“ of a Crew Member:
As a Special Service for you, each crew member will sign a protocol „in case of disappearance“.
With that signed agreement we make sure that, in case of „sudden disappearance“ of a crew member (f.ex. In the USA, Australia ) there will be a FULL COVER of all the costs that will be arising due to the fines that normally the responsible catering/personnel company has to come up for.
*Travelservice
- If needed, we will organize the cheapest flight tickets for you
- We will give all information on transport from Turkey to the ship, including
cheapest train ticket service!
- If needed, we also care about overnight stays
